We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized or final sale items (identified by a price ending in .99), or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any non-monogrammed or non-personalized purchase for a refund. All purchases are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
